2000 GT brake prob Help

Default 2000 GT brake prob Help

My dad has a 2000 gt and for some reason the front breaks lock up (drivable) they just are hard to turn by hand and is eating up the pads fast, I replaced the brake hardware andand that did'nt help any, what could it be?

maybe they didnt reset the pistons when they worked on the brakes.

Sounds like the pistons are starting to seize in the caliper or nobody cleaned and lubed the caliper slides.
