Default AOD Steering Column in 5 Speed car?

Just purchased a steering column out of an auto stang....94-97
any major issues with putting this in my 95 manual stang...do I have to have that little switch to turn my key to off?
My column is ****ed my airbags were stolen and they tried to jack my car, and ripped the switch out, and the new lock cylinder/ignition switch wont stay in.
Thanks.

Default RE: AOD Steering Column in 5 Speed car?

Just FYI everyone AOD column and Manual column are the same, just have to change over a few items to make it go in either car....works great, now my lock stays in again....anyone have a free airbag laying around I would love to have it. Thieves got both of mine and now after fixing all the stuff they tore up, I am broke.....
