That makes no sense, you want to put duals, but it's illegal to take them off??????

It's illegal to remove the CATS and that's what would be illegal. Not in all states but in any state that does emmissons.

If you want a mid pipe that does cats and test pipes, SLP makes a pipe that does that and I believe BBK does too. But in some states if your car has 4 cats you need 4 cats the 2 on an aftermaket pipe won't do.

I went with the Magnaflow catbacks and am happy with the HP and torque gains across my rpm. Go to www.completeexhaust.com for some of the better pricing on the web. Be sure to call them for the best overall price. Magnaflow's are made from premium materials and look great. I think they might even still be on sale at this site. An independent test of five popular aftermarket catbacks gave the winning marks to the Magnaflow for total gain. They also look like show parts. Nice finish. Good luck!

I'm almost 100% sure that they do emissions testing in NJ but you can call the State Police information line and ask them to be sure.
