You probably have leaves & other debris piled up inside the air vent area that are old/rotten. Get in there & clear out the organic crap & you should be OK. Spray some Lysol disinfectant in the area after you've cleaned out the crud

Run the fan in a non-cooling setting for a while after running the AC to clear out the moist air each time.
As for what you have now, you'll need to clean out the vents. Don't be surprised if you find mold...

Sorry for the very late reply.....thanks for your advice.....I do think there is a mold problem [:'(]Do you have any advice how to get rid of it or should I have a pro do it?????Thank u
