Default tires spin too much

my bmr lca's have been making a lot of crunching noises upon suspension flex lately, i have retorqued and greased them and all of that, im thinking its the weather freezing the urethane, would the bushings being rock hard be the reason my tires are spinning constantly when accelerating from a dead stop.. my tires have over 60% tread left by the way. why are they spinning so easily

You're pushing on the gas too hard?

Plus, it's cold out.

Cold weather dramaticaly reduces asphalt traction. Try going around a corner ona motorcycle on pavement when it's freezing out & you'll see what I mean

Ooh, I didn't know that. Now I kind of understand why some Air Force bases ban motorcycle riding during the winter months.

When tires get old they tend to harden up.
Even if the tread is deep or like in your case 60% the rubber is hard like plastic and will not grip well in the rain or on cold pavement.

Cold tire and cold road=no traction. Car also breather colder air, a little more power

That's why tires designed for winter use are more pliable at lower temps.
