has anyone smoked their headlights / tail lights with a paint? I know there is also a film and a cover, but the paint seems to be cheapest. Is it legal to paint the headlights? and does it look descent? any pictures will help

someone actually just did a full write up yesterday about this in the detailing section. they just done the 3rd brake light and the reflectors, but im sure you could do the other lights like that as well.
