Mail Order Chips
I wouldn't trust a mail order tune or chip if I supercharged my car. Thats a pretty significant change, and I just don't think that they can accurately tune for it without having the car on a dyno. It will probably be more expensive to have it dyno tuned, but you'll have a much safer tune.
I would eat the cost and rent or borrow a car trailer to take it to the dyno.
Another possibility would be to talk to the shop that's doing the tune and find out what tuner they are going to use.Either buy one from them and have it loaded with a temporary "transport" tune or buy one from the tuner manufacturer and bring it with you to the dyno shop. The last idea might not go over very well with the dyno shop since they do sell the tuner to make money.
