86 foxbody will emission problem in nj
can anyone help me out here.
I just failed emmission with both high NOx and CO readings.
What could be wrong.
I have already replaced the plugs, cap and rotor, take out the air silence, replaced air pump and cats.
What else could be wrong. the motor passed two years ago with real low NOx and CO.
What could of changed?
Also what are the rules of getting a exception in NJ for a old car?
