I want to put new heads and cams in my 03 GT.

I have been looking at the Patriot Heads, and a set of Comp Cams for my pony. This car is a DD, and my commute is 30 miles round trip. I am upgrading my stock intake manifold (to a Typhoon), throttle body(to 75mm) and plenum, so I was curious as to what type of heads and cams would fit well with the upgrades. By "type" of heads and cams, I mean stage 1, 2 or 3. I don't want the cams to be overly aggresive and lose my low end torque and power. I am relatively new to the performance mods world, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have done the basics: CAI, X-pipe, exhaust, pulleys, and tune.
