I have an auto and when it was nearly stock (exhaust , SCT) it ran a 13.7 & it weighed 3460 w/ me & half tank fuel , I weigh 165 . our car has a better power to weight ratio .

I know a guy that runs his wife's auto GT and he runs around 14.6 stock, maybe that SCT gave you pretty good gains.
