Default Changing Grill

Okay, I am new here. I have purchased a 2000 Mustang V6 car for my daughter and I need to change he grill out. The Mustang emblem was stolen before I bought it. I have another grill and emblem and it looks like I have to take the front polyurithan bumper off the change the grill. Is this the case? I also have some head lamp assemblies comming for it, so I shoud probably wait until I get those and do it all at one time.

Can anyone give me some tips please as to how to figure out how to change the grill and lights out? Any help is appreciated.

headlights are easy. you pull out 2 little pull tabs on both headlights, pull them out a little and disconnect the turn signal and headlight bulb harnesses.

no you dont have to remove the bumper. you just need to lift it up enuff to get a socket wrench under the bumper. its not difficult just more of a pain than it needs to be but its easily doable without removing te bumper. if you remove the headlights you can pull the bumper up a little higher which will make it a tad easier to work on.

To put a new grill in youjust pull the bumper t up a little bit just enough to fit the wrench in, but if that dosent work i also heard you can remove the headlights and you will be able to get under there with the wrench
