Default 289 heads on a 302 block

i have a 71 302 block i'm building and i'm planning on putting a set of 28954.5 chamber heads on it. it will have a .512 or better lift cam because of the parker funnelweb single plain intake. has anyone every done this swap? what concerns should i know of when it comes to pistons and valve clearance? i'm using the stock crank and rods. stock pistons will give it 10.0 compression. with flat tops it should be around 10.5 but will i have enough clearance with that big a cam? appreciate your feedback.

I'm running KB flat tops with similar heads and a larger cam with no problem. Make sure you have the larger valves and not the tiny nails originally used on the 289 (1.6 intakes)
