This is probably a newb question but I gotta ask. If a car has NO title, is there anyway at all to "renew" or get a new title?

 

Yes, You can go to a DMV and get a new one. If you bought the car with no tittle you will need a bill of sale from the previous owner. If own the car and was previously registered by you than you can go to teh dmv and request a new tittle.

 

you probably shouldnt buy a car that has no title, that sounds kind of shady

 

After those bastar ds took down the
twin towers it is now almost impossible
to get a title on a car that you are purchasing.

If you want to buy a car without one make the
old owner resurect his title. If he can't you will
only have a parts car. Better than buying it and
having the cops impound the car when a VIN check
comes up stolen.
