Get a GPS with a POI database of traffic cameras...

Here's a google search:

they tested this on myth busters using all the common solutions people say and none worked. including hairspray, paint, reflective tape, etc.
yup, mythbusters busted everything. The only way to beat it is to use increadibly high speeds.

get a can of black spray paint and paint over the license plate. in normal day light you will be able to see your license plate perfectly (the science behind it is real complicated so i won't get into too much detail), but when a traffic camera tries to snap a picture of it, the flash will reflect off the paint and they won't be able to pick up your license plate number.

...or you can just drive the speed limit
i heard the same thing, but to use a clear paint.

I normally just beat them by going the limit. Seems to work best for me. and as long as I know where thye are, I can adjust from spirited driving as needed.

Mythbusters bused every possible solution in this thread.

The typical mustangs do not go anywhere near enough speed to outrun the camera.

The best thing to do is not to sweat the ticket if it actually gets mailed to you. Ignore it. Act as though you never got it. Then, always look through the peep-hole in your door when someone comes a-knockin', cause if it's some jackass with some useless papers in his hand, I guarantee he's trying to serve your ticket. As long as you're never served by an actual human being, then there's no ticket.
