Default 351 cleaveland or windsor?

I am new to the site. I havnt even bought my first mustang yet, but i am a used to be ford tech from tennessee. I do not want a 5.0 or 4.6 in my mustang when I build. I have ford diesel knowlege mostly.. some gas engine.. I have come across a 85 e 150 van that needs a new engine, and I plan to build. I have the tools and know how, but I was curious if this 351 was worth putting in a mustang one day, if i dont rebuild and put it back in the van... I have done not much reasearch, and want to say it is a windsor. it says H.O ( high Output) on the breather, it is a four barrel carb. if this is the engine you would use, or not...let me know, cuzz i am ready to get somthing started. any advice is usefull, please dont reply with " tuner bull**** knowlege" SErious modifying experience needed here.....Thanks.

Look at the bolts holding the valve covers on. If they're staggered across the valve cover the engine is a Cleveland.

Clevelands breath a lot better than Windsors, more power potential

Why are you building a Van? Or am I just confused on what you were saying?
