is it a standard or auto? here ill make recommendations.

Oil Filter: Motorcraft FL280S
Oil: Mobil: 10w-30
Oil Additive: Lucas Synthetic Oil Stablizer
Tranny Fluid(If Manual): Pennzoil Synchromesh
Tranny Fluid(If Auto): not sure, i believe its dex 3 merc(but check to make sure)
Run 93 octane the first few tanks(i run 93 always) and once a month i run lucas fuel injector cleaner through it.

anything else just ask.

On a car with that low of miles during the winter time, 5w-20 or 5w-30 is recommended

You realize that product (Synchromesh) is GM and Chyrsler spec right?

Ford manual tranny fluid is also Dex 3/Merc

And unless you have a 93 octane tune, don't bother...money down the drain. Higher octane does nothing for a stang (or any car for that mater) that is tuned for 87 octane.

Fuel injector cleaner is a matter of preference as is oil additive (Although oil that meets or exceeds OEM spec is plenty, again money down the drain but it's still a preference).

the oil filter is a motorcraft fl820 if its a v8 or if its a v6 then its a motorfcraft fl400 i change oil for a living trust me also would do a tranny drain and fill along with rear differential and probally a injector flush and change the air and fuel filter along with flushing the radiator if you wanted to you could also do a power steering and brake flush

Don't forget the differential and trac lock additive. Brake fluid, an often neglected fluid. The radiator should be mixed with distilled water.
