Default Steeda vs Hurst

Does anyone have experience comparing the Steeda vs Hurst shifter for the 05 Mustang? I've read about both. Both sound great. Hurst indicated a more notchy shift and Steeda seems that it might be smoother, although both a big improvement in throw. thanks

I don't know what model Hurst ur looking at but I have a 02 gt and can give u a heads up about the Billet/Plus model..........it's very notchy and tight (pattern wise). Most people who get in to drive it 4 the first time comment on how the shifter feels.
It's a acquired taste but i like it!

yea i have a hurst in my 88 gt. i have the tko500 tranny which is hard shifting anyway but its very odd at first but once you get used to it you wont want to drive anything else. never had a steeda but from what ive heard they are very nice and smoother than hurst like you stated.
