8.8 Traction-Lok Posi off of a Crown Vic
Ive been looking for an 8.8 rearend or a 7.5 Traction-Lok differential for my 6er. I found an 8.8 28 Spline Traction-Lok Posi off of a Crown Victoria. It looks like it is in great shape. It comes with all of the parts even gears. The gears have wear on them but im buying 3.73's. My question is, will the 8.8 fit on a '01 Mustang (that also has a 28 Spline axle) Image is posted below. Should I go through with it? A rebuild kit is needed.

FORD 8.8 28 spline traction lock posi from a Crown Vic. The gears show some wear but no teeth are broken.
Needs a rebuild kit and it will be ready to go.
Comes with:
--posi case
--carrier bearings and races
--pinion shaft
--spider gears
--side gears
--lock screw
--spring
