i got a rearend ?
Hey eveyone i got a 81 thunderbird. Can anyone tell me what rearend this is? Or how to find out? Thanks alot. Lata

7.5" axlehousingis shorter than the width and as an oval shape.the 8.8" has a round shape.

i dont know much abouttbirds but if its a4 or 6cyl. its 7.5, turbo and V8s 8.8

yeah those tb's where either 6 or 8's no 4's in those years

its a 81 with a v8 stock. So it must be the 8.8? thanks alot.
