RE: sea foam?
The bottle tells you when you use it in oil to change the oil after running the car for about 3 to 5 min, if you leave it in and drive around all the debri will clog up your oil passages and screen, etc.

where the heck on the bottle are you looking i read the bottle top to bottom a bunch of times and no such instructions were present i even went to the websight before i used it too and it had the same thing on there too. just says 1 pint treats 10 quarts of oil, just says
frees sticky lifters and rings
increases rpms and vacuum and compression
cleans dirty parts
removes moisture
cleans pcv valve systems
Even the guy at the parts store you just change it when evere your next scheduled oil change is.
so now how the heck do i fix the supposed problems i have done to myself(my car)

I dont know whats up with your bottles maybe there bootleg (jk) but thats what your supposed to do run the engine for 5 min then drain the oil, get another bottle and only use half when the engine is cold, pour it in, then turn the engine on for 5 min then drain the oil and change the filter. after that add some oil drive a bout 500 to a 1000 miles and change it again. hope that works.
