Sorry to be the newb of the bunch here... but i'll just say it - Why do you mount your battery in your trunk? What's the kill switch and what's its function? Is it a one switch mecanism to shutdown the battery?

Yeah, reason for the battery in the back is to help weight transfer.
More weight over the rear axle from the front the better in a drag car.
Good idea for a 50/50 weight too.

And you sure that box is legal?
Thought the summit ones wernt or something.
But anyhoo, yeah I got my shutoff switch in the same place as grabbem, lost the screws to my plastic piece in the very back where that light is so its kinda just barely over it, and i'm lazy[:-].
Prolly end up doing it sometime in the near future.
Should be almost perfectly hidden tho.

As for the shutoff switch it needs to be perfectly visible when at the strip, on the back of the car.
And labeled clearly.

Heh, no.
Just read somewhere something about a summit box?
So I associated it with you for some raisen

And DAMN
you mangled that plate
Why not just remove the thing instead of making it all bent and breakable?
It sits kind of odd unbent on my car(same spot as you)
But its really not noticable unless you look for it.
Just remove the palte when at the strip, just don't forget to plop it back on Done that a couple times last year
