Default Leaking Rag Top

I just found out that my convertible top is leaking on the front passenger side some where between the locking assembly of the roof to the windshield and midway of the passenger window. I washed the car today too and the headliner inside is not wet. So it's not coming straight down from the roof.

It must be coming in from a rubber gasket or something. Haven't figured out where yet. I saw the water dripping inside when I drove it after washing it this morning. My carpet was soaking wet on the passenger side so this is pretty serious.

I took it to an upholstery place and he said the top was fine from what he could see. He suggested that I come back and he would tweak the roof locks a bit and spray some silicone spray on the gaskets for $50.

Why pay $50 when I can do it myself? What kind of silicone spray does anybody recommend?

Thanks for any suggestions offered.
