Does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key? My car sat for 8 months, and just the sitting around killed my pump.

Just a thought... Is there any way to spray starter fluid in the TB? That would confirm that lack of fuel is the problem. Maybe someone knows.

it doesnt start because of the overactive mustangs are slow module, disconnect that, then sell your car and buy something worth a crap and that should start right up
Did you parents teach you that while they were dropping you on your head?

I wouldn't use starting fluid, you could definitely try spraying carb/choke cleaner into the TB while someone else cranks the engine over.
