Problem passing e-check or getting collectors plates
I just bought a 1991 5.0L gt convertible and I need to get plates but I have a Flowmaster performance exhaust without cats. Is there any way to pass e-check without cats or do I have to buy a new exhaust. I took it to e-check once and they didn't notice there weren't any cats but it didn't pass because the NO level was about 250 too high. They said it might need new cats, haha. Also, I would like to get collectors plates so I wouldn't need e-check but it is not on the list and I don't have $5,000 of customization recipts. The only other way to get collectors plates is if there was a limited number made. Does anyone know how many were made? On the title under model description it says that it is a mustang gt/cobra, does that mean it is a cobra?
ORIGINAL: GreyStang
What's wrong with having cats? Performance cats don't reduce power noticably.. stop polluting the air[:@]
