Go back to the dealer and have them rebalance them. After they balance them look at how much weigh they put on it to balance them. If you see alot of weights tell them to order new rims for it. Look on the inside of the rim also. It can also be that the weights that they are using are incorrect for the rims you have and are being flung off the rim.

Have them do a "road force" balance to see if the tires are defective.
This loads the tire and wheel assy. to simulate the weight of the car on the tire.If that doesn't find any problems, you need to keep ALL the paperwork that's been generated since you bought the car and lightly mention a lemon law repurchase. One thingI have to mention,if you find yourself screamin' at anyone you've already screwed up.You want to stay just as personable as the day you drove the car off the lot.Just state the facts as they present themselves and firmly tell the dealer what your remedymust be.If you can't get satisfaction at that level there is a number in your owners manual for consumer affairs or something like that.Give them a call and tell them everything you've done and what you want.

My money is on a bad tire. They can cause all kinds of strange problems such as pulling, thumping, vibes that come and go,and steering wheel pulsing.Moving the tire will move the problem but it will still be there, just on a different corner of the car.Since I'll bet this car will see high speeds from time to time any defect must be repaired to keep thevehicle safe to fly,,,I mean drive.
This is a simple problem that should be able to be solved with a new tire.
Good luck and repost when anything changes or you get it fixed.

The minute rebalancing will not fix a shaking wheel I"m putting my next paycheck on an out of round tire or bent rim.

Many techs fail to realize a balanced assembly does not guarantee it's round.

Jack up the front of the car and spin the tire. Runout should be less than 0.40"

You can have an out of round anything and still balance it too, something to consider. Look at crankshafts, their weight is distributed all over the freakin place, hardly what you'd call round, yet they're balanced. If you have a bad tire/rim, it may show as being balanced when on the machine, but it's oscillating up and down as it alrternates high/low spots driving down the road. Definately check the runout. Also, don't overlook other things like a bad bushing or shock etc.
