when i put my car in drive there is a big loss of voltage enough to kill the car sometimes. if i stop at a light it wants to die. i watch my voltage meter jump up and then go down. why in the world would this be happening? oh i noticed last night that my lights dim considerably if my foot aint on the gas.

are you runnging underdrive pullys?

 

yeha if you're running underdrive pulley's then jjust switch back to the stock alternator pulley and that should do it..there will beno loss of power
