Default 87-93 GT Front bumper

I have an 87 gt front bumper and it looks like someone cut a hole in it and i wanted to know what i could use to plug the hole would i be ok to use fiberglass?? im not to sure please someone let me know

its about the size of the fog light so like a 5 in circle

I would cut out a piece of scrap plastic a little bigger than the hole and get some Valvoline Plyogrip it is just a plastic repair epoxy. Use the plyogrip to glue the patch on behind the hole and then fill the left over on the hole with the plyogrip and then sand it down like bondo.
Or just get a new bumper (plyogrip isn't cheap)
*you can't use regular bondo or plastic filler ona plastic bumper because it will flex too much and crack
