high pressure oil pump? pros or cons?
i need to replace my oil pump, i have already ruled against high volume oil pump because i dont race but i seem to have a problem with low oil pressure, i have seen high pressure oil pumps i just don't know if there is a catch 22 to them or what any help would be appreciated

its not necessary. if ur engine is stock (or close to it) then it wont be needed. the new pump will get your oil pressure back to normal as long as the rest of the system is fully funstioning (ie no leaks)

no i'm not stock, I have gt-40 upper and lower, gt-40 heads ported and polished, b-303 cam, highflow water pump pro-mm 77 mass air, etc etc.
i just don't want to have to worry about oil pressure again for quite a while,
I think i'm just gonna go stock for shear fact that i don't have the money to upgrade to a 7 qt pan and what not.
