What is better I or H rods for high performence?

H beams are stronger, but you don't need more rod than you need. You can get i beams at a good price that will take more abuse than a stock 302 block will, so there's not much point in spending extra on h beams when you don't need them. If h beams come in something like a stroker kit and it's at a good price, then that's fine. It also depends on what rpm you're gonna turn too. Some i beams are only rated out to like 6,500 or 7,000rpm. H beams are "better" but not always neccessary.
