Default My 95 Stang..

6 months ago, I purchased a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0.. I have since put in a 4:11 rear, SLP loudmouth catback exhaust, Pacemaster off-road H pipe, BBK shorty headers..Holley 3/4 Raching Camshaft, 42 pound fuel injectors, SLP full intake..BBK intake manifold..removed mass air flow sensor..75mm Throttle Boddy (BBK).. Just wondering what you guys think of it...

1) you dont need 42lb injectors without a supercharger or some MASSIVE stroker kit.......and why did you take out the maf ?? doesnt it run kinda sh*tty w/o it ?? thats for the computer to read how much fuel to give the engine for the amount of air going thru it and you dont need that big of a tb yet......its probably hurting your performance more than helping it......but, other than those 2 things, seems decent enough to me...

No, to be perfectly honest, it runs great..my Uncle is a mechanic with a 69 chevelle with over 650 horse, and he told me to take the MAF out, so I listened to him..umm..wondering why you said I don't need that big of a throttle body yet??

well, if it runs great w/o the maf, then, dont worry about it. the VERY biggest tb youd need would be a 70, and thatd be pushing it too. you dont have enough engine mods that you need that much air goin in. youd be perfectly fine with a 65mm tb. i think theyre good up to @ 350-370hp....I THINK. then you need to step it up to a bigger one, but, all you need is a 65mm, but, i mean, its your car. if youre happy w/ it, then leave, and if youre gonna do more engine work later, leave it......

PS- i never knew how much noise and gurgle a camshaft adds..Damn!

I've heard its not a very difficult install. Did you notice a serious power difference with the cams? I know it would be different between your car and mine, but did u notice a lot?
