Yea, as long as you take care of it you should be okay. But with those miles you have to expect problems. Im at 113k right now and I've been lucky and not gotten any serious problems. But if you take care of it and rebuild the engine, you'll love it!

i bought my car with 123,000 miles. im at 128,000 now. (not much for 3 years eh?) it was being restores for 2.5 though lol. 5.0's are a really strong motor, but it depends how it was driven. mine was bought new and driven, even in winter, by an old man who never took it over 2500 rpm. engine is perfect, body and floor are new though

lol thanks guys. And oh yea seeing its my first stang i really plan on babying her like my own child, i mean its a legend, dont u think it deserves it?
