it wont burn your gas unles you go 120 every day. t lock locks your rear so both tires spin instead of peg legs

the further your foot goes down, the quicker your gas runs out.

Personaly i think i'm going to get 3.90's. 4.10 are alittle tall for me but 3.73 just isn't enough. As far as install. Your best bet is to see if you can get on of the guys to do it after work or under the table for about 100-150. Thats what i'm doin'.

As far as the lock. I don't know if tire spin is going to be a problem for you right now. Its your money though.
