Fill it with fuel, add fuel stabilizer in the appropriate amount for your tank size, then drive it around a little to get the stabilized fuel up through the lines and injectors. That will keep the fuel frombreaking downand clogging up the system. Turn the A/C on high during the drive to give the seals and O-rings in the A/C system a dose of lube. Next I'd plug in a Battery Tender. They're only about $25-30 and will keep a trickle on your batt when it needs it to keep it from discharging while not in use. Other concerns shouldn't grab a hold too hard in just a few months. Of course it's always best to garage it or cover with a decent quality cover.

God bless,

Wash and wax it, change the oil and park it. Don't worry about fuel stabilizer for a3 month storage.

The car will be stored in a place that won't have an electric outlet. Is there another option for the battery? Or should i just accept that the battery will die?

Can't you just disconnect the terminals then? If it's 3 months it should hold a decent charge?

Yeah, if no outlet definately disconnect the batt. Otherwise the batt might draw down so low it won't come back and it will be out of juice in 3-4 weeks anyway. The fuel stabilizer is cheap insurance. I have let things sit for a few months and found some varnishing. You sure don't have to do it, but you might wish you did. I know oyu don't have time for this experiment but if you did...fill a one gal gas can with gas, let it sit for three months undisturbed, at the end of three months go fill a different can with fresh gas. While you have both cans together give them the sniff test. Smell a little different? What do you think the differnece is? ....three months! (and fuel breakdown).

God bless,
