Default Horn....no ignition

Hello, I recently changed the steering wheel on my 66 mustang because of cracks ect.. I also reinstalled the horn hardware. Had a few sparks while installing the wheel now I can start the car. It acts and sounds like the battery is dead. Tried charging it but, same result. Did I blow a fuse or what? Please help.

I checked... all the lights work I'm starting to think that I fried something. I have power to everything but my ignition. It won't even turn over just click click click. I've checked every circut breaker I could find all are good. If you have any other ideas or maybe a place that I may look for the circut breaker in question, I would appricate it. Thanks
