All those bolton's will probably get you an additional 30-50hp, including a premium gas chip. Don't forget to dyno tune it afterwards

Just skip all of the bolt-ons except exhaust. Go with a full length exhaust from the Longtube Headers back. The 5.0 responds to exhaust very well. Go with a cam/heads/intake package. You will net much bigger gains that way and it will only be a bit more expensive compared to buying every bolt-on imaginable. With the h/c/i you will be looking at well over 300hp and it will be all motor.

i agree with them. Difference between ricers and mustangs is, well first.. common sense and boltons. Dont waste your money. Besides exhaust kits, the best mods are not something you get in a paycheck. Except gearing. Indisposible sums it up.

Quick story, alot of people mod imports around here. Im jobless but they ask why i dont mod my car.. Its because im saving up for major things. Cams/heads/and intake + gearing is a great start. You could pretty much think about a nice KB after that. Just one last bit of advice. Dont listen to your friends for the most part. You will always have that integra guy who says buy this, that and this and you will have 100hp. Theyre all puffin **** with there ego's. While there getting stopped for annoying exhaust, your on the street lifting those front wheels

saving with what??? lol

OP: i suggest you check out MM&FFs best parts for $500 or less. that will get you started on the bolt-ons. expect to pay more for bigger gains.

I love cherry mustangs, there is always the possibilities and many directions that you can take to moddify your mustang. If I would have started all over again, i would start with some suspension upgrades(upper and lower control arms, subframe connectors, etc)brake upgrades (cobra upgrades are the cheapest), gears (3:73's or 4:10's), if auto (transgo shift kit), if manual (better clutch), then start moving to H/C/I, I have TFS and I am very pleassed with this.
Now, someone said that with H/C/I you will achieve well over 300HP, maybe at the crank. I have seen dynoed with these modsfrom 285RWHP down to 265RWHP of course many factors are at play like automatic tranny, poor tuning, safer tuning, etc but I have not seen anyone with a 302 go beyond 300RWHP with just H/C/I, my personal opinion so if there is someone out there good for you.
Anyway, whatever route you take it will be fun and sometimes expensive, but "you have to pay if you want to play".
Good luck and post upgrades.
