Default striping

So i have a little extra cash to spend and im thinking of striping my mustang. I have a white 99 gt. I want to do the two blue stripes from bumper to bumper like on the new shelby's. Can anyone give me any info on this. What do you think it should cost? Do you reccommend any specific shop to do it? Im located in Daytona Beach, Florida. I've looked into maaco, but am a little hesitant about them.. i've heard some horror stories and want the job done right. My car is my baby.

It would probably cost about $500 give or take 100. Don't go to maaco, the stripes won't stick for long.

if u want it done cheaply get vinyl, if u want them painted on get ready to spend some dough for them to be done right. u can get them done cheap, but they will most likely chip/flake off after a little while. if ur willing to wait a few months and drive to mobile, al i will hook u up.

Maaco haha we have those here in Canada aswell, they are only good at saving you money and NOTHING else. I was an autobody prepper for a custom pain shop, and many times we have had 'Maaco' customers coming to us for quotes to fix their ugly work.

Best bet is to find a custom paint shop that has a portfolio with picturesof some similar requests. As for cost I would not pay any less than $600-$700 unless you are friends with the painter, thats just for regular paint and clear nothing special. Stay away from collision repair centers if you are looking for quality custom work!
