you can just buy that hood scoop and have it painted and mounted on your hood

I think he has a 99/01 cobra hood (which they put on V6s in 04). It's got a reverse vent. You'll need a different hood if you want the scoop.

Look in 5.0 mustangs or Muscle Mustangs magazines and youll see about 50 different advertisments for hoods and other body parts. Different advertisers have fiberglass, OEM style, and carbon fiber hoods just like what you are wanting. Instead of getting one that looks like everyone else, look at the Cobra R style hoods from www.hofibertrends.com . I would browse around, you might find a style you like beter than the standard hood.
