I just bought a 2004 V6 Anniversary Edition. Anyone know the story of these, is there anything special (package) or were all 2004's anniversary editions?

Also, cruise control doesn't work, no light on dash or anything. I checked all fuses and are ok. Any idea what I might check on it?
