rear end swap question

rear end swap question
hey I have a question about rear end swaps. I have a 1970 mustang, my neighbor has a 1994 mustang parts car. Before he sends it to the junkyard he has offered me the rear end. Does anybody know if this rearend will fit my 70, if it is even worth doing the swap, or would they possibly be the same rear end which would be totally rediculous of me.
