I basically test the car.. I make 3-5 passes in car..it's funny no matter have many cars I have been in I still get that rush

That really sucks. I'd burn all his s**t. And vfast, you're right about all the heavy duty stuff on the cop cars. I know from experience they are driven hard, but I had very few, and no major failures in over ten years. They are well maintained and at $600 are a freaking steal. I admire your composure, as I would have totally blown it.

thanks...you kind of grow a thick skin in the racing business with all the 'tudes I think because they have money to invest in a car your there personal slave til it's done...that's way I can sorta pick and choose what and who I work for...on rare occasion I will pop a guy who gives me **** with my bill...thoses are the ones that have been to 5-10 shops and they don't want to even touch it..<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley6.gif border="0">

Yeah, you got a business and you don't need the B.S. Keep looking around and you'll find a good ride for the kid. It's a damn dirty shame that a buddy would accept a cut on a build up and then pull that crap, knowing you were looking. But I know for a fact that you probably have a lot of friends that would bend over backwards to do you a favor, as you've done for them. Tell A.H. to take a freaking walk, you don't need folks like that.

Sorry to hear that V its times like that when you find out how good a friend really is. Hell look at it on the bright side the car he could have sold you may have been a lemon and nickled and dimed you to death.

so true... I found one yesterday in WV my bother is going to look @ it today for me...it's a police car but has the 300 hp roller engine not the lt-1 should still run ok..the guy called my last night..*L* it tooks guts I guess...just told him he messed up and have a nice day<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0">
