Fog Lights
Hey I have a question here. A friend of mine has a 95 V6 and just installed halo lights on the front
Part of the lights arent lighting up and he thinks there is the possibility that they are suppose to be part for the fog lights. I have no idea to help him out since I didnt help w/ the install. Does he have to put a fog light switch into his car to use them or not???? He thinks that he does but I dont really get that set up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!!!!!

RE: Fog Lights
Couple things you need to do. First test the positive and ground wire for that part of the headlight. If it cant allow power to pass through, then the problem is in the wiring of the harness or bulb, not too familiar with the halo headlights, im assuming ur talking about the projector series. If a charge does pass through, i wouldnt bother with a foglight switch, and it is part of that, i would splice that part onto the main headlights (unless they are HID bulbs, because the power draw would be too high and i would strongly recommend in this situation to do high output harnesses on the headlight to get the full potential). But ya, just start off testing the wires to make sure everything is peachy as far as the wires condition and bulb's condition.
