about how much would it cost to get a cherry bomb glasspack installed on a 1999 v6 at a shop

 

well, i had 2 flowmaster mufflers welded in for a like $180 total (including muffs). so i wouldnt imagine that yours would be much more than $50 because those mufflers arent but like $40 and the flowmasters are like $75 each. and im guessing you still have single exhaust...
