Default 3 or 4 point harness install???

I'm looking to install a 3 or 4 point harness in my 05 stang. The interior is stock and I don't plan on getting a roll cage or changing the seats. I'm basically just looking for something to keep my butt in the seat a little better during local autocross sessions. So I don't want it to interfere with the stock seatbelt for daily driving.

Any ideas on how/where to install or any write-ups out there on doing this?
Do I use the stock bolts that keep the seat attached to the floor? Do I use the rear anchor in the back for child safety seats?

Thanks for any help guys.

Here's what I'm looking at:

or
3 point http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/pr...p;product=6730
