cover vs bumper

ok so what is the difference in bumper and bumper cover? The bumper covers look like they are the same..

Yes, the "bumper" is the metal and impact styrofoam that you hardly ever see, and the "bumper cover" is what stylishly covers everything up.

probably not. since the ebay seller says that its painted i would assume that he means its the bumper cover. send him an email or something to make sure.
