i just did a cobra swap on my 98 gt the engine came from a 97 cobra . i got the whole wiring harness transmission ecu exhaust except the rear end. im having problems like the engine is to shaky which might be from a hose that i dont know where it goes its near the intake. also it doesnt feel fast at all could it be that im using the stock rear end and its not tune? does any one have any one have any suggestions?

 

shaky...when? at idle, acceleration, deceleration??

Check your vacuum lines make sure they're all connected correctly. (yeah that one you have flopping arround under the hood could be the problem.

Id get a good quality picture of a matching motor and compare the pic to what you see under your hood.

 

when its at idle its shaky.. but i mean when its in first it laggs to pick up speed
