I deal with Tony on a regular basis, as HP is 10 miles from my house, and have never had the slightest bit of trouble. He certainly knows his stuff, and is retired military, so he has a good work ethic (met me on Memorial Day when HP was closed to tune my car....)

Sorry to hear that the other guy has had so many issues with HP.
