Depends on how low it sits and what you use for jacking points. My car is pretty slammed, and I have just a basic Craftsman floor jack. I can get to the K member and the rear diff just fine with it.

Lumber.
It's cheap and custom fit to your car.
I run over some 2x4's before I try to slip my floor jack underneath. Also have 3 2x4's nailed together as ramps. Run that over instead of jacking.
