Default NON LATCHING TOP

I HAVE A 94 GT CONVERTIBLE HAVE NOT HAD IT VERY LONG. ON OCCATION I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING THE TOP TO RISE OR MOVE FORWARD ENOUGH TO EASILY LATCH IT . I HAVE ADJUSTED THE FRONT ADJUSTMENTS WHICH GOT ONLY ABOUT A HALF INCH BUT STILL HAVE TROUBLE. IT SEEMS WORSE IF THE TOP HAS BEEN DOWN LIKE OVERNIGHT. ALSO IF YOU STOP LIFTING THE TOP IT WILL SLOWLY SEEP BACK DOWN.

He was asking if there was atf in the trunk indicating a leak. When you are putting the top up are the windows down. If they are up lower them then close the top this will help alot.
