late model heads with early model intake?

late model heads with early model intake?
I have a '69 fastback that I am contemplating putting some '93 cobra heads on. The engine currently has stock '69 heads with a carbed (shelby) cobra intake manifold. Will I have any problems putting the heads on the engine? Are there any problems with water passages that I should worry about?
