As it says does anyone make an HID kit for the 99 - 04 Mustangs. If not I'm about to take the next step of custom fabbing some. I work at a Chrysler Dealer and am looking to getting the necessary parts from a 300c or Pacifica and trying something custom..

I know that make them for a 94-98's. But I don't know if they make them for 99-04 stangs.
Haven't seen any comapnies out there that do make em.

I was thinkin about 4 or 5 weeks ago I saw the conversion kit on ebay for like 400 bucks.... but now I can find nothing.... If you are gonna do it yourself... maybe try http://www.velocitygetter.com/site/index.php for all the parts and such, goodluck... and let us know how it goes, maybe with some pictures.. because I would like to have HID myself....

I just replaced the bulbs in my '02 GT with Silverstars, and yup they made noticeably brighter/whiter light than stock. I have no pics of this,, there really isn't anything to take a picture of. The stang doesn't look any different at all. But check the pics in the link I provided and that should give you an idea. Personally I don't think the before/after difference is as wild as in the pics, but they definitely helped.

They also make silverstar bulb replacements for your driving/fog lights too.

And if you're more into looks, Sylvania also makes a "Cool Blue" replacement bulb which shines a fairly BLUEish light kinda like what some European cars do.

 

my buddy put silverstars on his qx4, and they aren't the same look as HID, but I they are brighter and have a whiter / very slight purple tint to em.
